House(집, 주택, 주거지(住居地)) is the important item for Korean people. In these days the house price in korea is skyrocketing and soaring too high and many people make a lot of complaints on government's supply of housing policy.
Especially, MZ generation's complaints on government policy is very high. They are rebellious to the 386 generation which is forties and fifties. This generation gap is shown by the sense of values toward house.. MZs think that the 386 generation's policy maker failed to stabilize the house supply and price so that MZs can't buy the house at their entire lives.
Korean traditional house is somewhat different from the one in these days. The traditional houes had two kinds. One is 초가집(thatched house) and the other is 기와집(tiled roof house). Former is for ordinary folks, the latter is for rich families.
Today, I took pictures on the houses in my neighborhood. And these houses are new type of houses built in Korea.
I like these detached house and wish to live in these kind of houses which has kitchen garden..So I can cultivate various vegetables and fruits..wish my dream come true sooner..
